Compliance

At Sanwa Seiki, our Compliance Regulations stipulate that we must act with sound judgment based not only on laws and regulations, but also on internal rules, corporate ethics, and social norms.

Furthermore, we have established a Compliance Committee chaired by a company officer and conduct internal training as necessary.

To prevent issues before they occur, detect them early, and resolve them promptly, we have established a reporting and consultation window accessible to all employees.
We accept anonymous consultations, take every precaution to protect the confidentiality of consultation content and the personal information of reporters and consultants, and guarantee no adverse treatment whatsoever.
