Since its founding in 1938, Sanwa Seiki has advanced its management based on the corporate philosophy established by its predecessors—“Respect for Humanity” and “Mutual Trust and Cooperation”—to meet the diversifying expectations of our customers as times change. We have inherited the corporate purpose of “Contributing to National Society through Industrial Products” and have devoted ourselves to manufacturing.
In 2012, we relocated our headquarters and main factory from the former Yono City in Saitama Prefecture to Kawagoe City. We conduct our corporate activities with a commitment to integrated manufacturing, encompassing marketing research, research and development, prototyping, durability evaluation testing, manufacturing, and sales. Notable achievements include our employee winning Japan’s first gold medal in the lathe category at the 1962 WorldSkills Competition, Japan’s inaugural participation, and receiving the Deming Prize Implementation Award for Small and Medium Enterprises in 1973. This high technical capability and comprehensive quality management remain a source of pride for our employees to this day. Furthermore, leveraging our accumulated core technologies and development capabilities, we have created a diverse range of products. These include commercial vehicle air compressors, vacuum pumps, and cab tilt devices as our mainstays, alongside precision machine parts and critical control devices centered on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric control technologies.
Thanks to our customers, these products are adopted by numerous clients both domestically and internationally across diverse fields. These include the automotive industry, which supports logistics, transportation, and human mobility, and the construction machinery industry, which underpins construction and infrastructure development. We deeply appreciate this, as it is solely due to your support and patronage.
We possess the technology and passion for manufacturing, continuously strive to foster a positive corporate culture and workplace environment where mutual understanding thrives, and focus on human resource development. We constantly endeavor to provide “unique products that satisfy our customers.”
