CSR Compliance


At SANWA SEIKI, we have established a compliance Committee, chaired by a company executive, to decide compliance regulations, for sensible behavior based first on the law, but also on internal company regulations, business ethics, and social standards. The compliance committee has established opportunities for internal training, as needed.

Reporting and consultation desks are also provided for all employees, to prevent problems before they occur, and to discover and resolve them quickly. Anonymous consultation is also accepted, working to protect the content and personal information of the person reporting or seeking consultation, so that it is not handled to their disadvantage.
